Why 'Made in Sweden' Means Getting The Best of The Best

If you don’t know much about this amazing little country, you should. From business to lifestyle, Sweden is climbing the ranks at a steady, solid pace.

Tom Turula with Business Insider captures many key points in an article from June 7, 2017. Listed below are a few of our favorites:

The best country for doing business. Forbes recently named Sweden as the world’s best country for doing business. In a relatively short time, Sweden has jumped from 38th place to number one, largely owing to “a transformation built on deregulation and budget self-restraint with cuts to Sweden’s welfare state,” says Forbes.
The most competitive economy in the world. There are different rankings using different criteria, but the arguably heaviest one — Global Sustainable Competitiveness Index — has Sweden ranked as the most competitive economy in the world.
A global tech mecca. Having produced tech giants like Spotify, Klarna, King and iZettle, Stockholm is the undeniable hotspot of Nordic tech. It was until recentlythe biggest unicorn factory in the world on a per capita basis, after Silicon Valley. The Swedish tech miracle is also being built beyond the capital, in up-and-coming cities like Malmö, which is particularly fertile ground for promising deep tech and AI startups.
The best in the Nordics at building global brands. A long tradition of Swedish business savvy and high education coupled with a supportive government has made the country home to plenty of tech innovation and to some of the most reputable, well-known brands in the world, including Volvo, Electrolux, Ericsson, IKEA and H&M – the two latter ones being the most valuable ones in the Nordics.
Vauni, based out of Kungsbacka, Sweden, is the perfect example of the magic that happens within this Nordic region. Vauni has developed a beautiful balance of innovative technology, superior care & craftsman, kind & thoughtful communications, as well as an incredible balance of work and home life.

We are continuously inspired by both the company and the country it resides in and our lives are better because of it.
